We design various types of platforms to measure combinations of forces and torques. We produce them to fit Costumers' specific needs, taking into account:

effective measurement needs, without any redundancy nor unnecessary intricacies
Typical Full Scales range from a few grams to thousands of kilograms. We test, check and certify our platforms with careful calibrations, mono and multi axial. In this processing, we exploit our automatic Benches, using externally certified sample Load Cells. Therefore, we can supply each platform with our Calibration Document.

6 Axis Measurement Platform with Load Cells
Designed for an Oli&Gas Company, this platform is specifically tailored for the measurement of Forces and Moments on the head of tunnel earthmovers used for placing large pipes on the sea bed.
Its Full Scales are:
150,000 Kg for Forces
100,000 Kg*m for Moments
6 Axis Platform with Load Cells for Internal Measures
6 axis platform adapt to reading and studying the three forces Fx, Fy, Fz and the three moments Mx, My, Mz generated by the foot-ground contact. Several different climatic conditions can be simulated, as well as surface properties (by positioning an insert into the case).
In this platform, the axis center lays inside the container itself, so to perfectly read Forces and Moments.
Plaform with Load Cells to measure up to 150 Tons
Designed with an extremely thin outline, it allows to measure up to 150 Tons exerted onto the upper surface.
This platform is particularly useful in those application contexts in which only a minimal romm is available, while load is exerted over a wide surface (e.g. presses, etc.): Base = 550 mm x 450 mm, H = 50mm
Platform with Load Cells for Railway Wagon
This Platform is designed to install into a railway wagon platform, operative in brackish environment inside an immersed tunnel.
It is equipped with a microprocessor-based electronic instrumentation which performs measurements and stores:
Truck transit speed
Number of axis and weight for each axis
Tyre type, single or twinned
Platform for Balancing Objects in Blown Glass
Designed to ease the high precision computation of the balancing of blown glass objects, indepently of their geometry.
Installing this Platform in the assembly line, it is possible to sensibly improve the production, certifying the quality of the products and thus increasing their value.
Triaxial Platform for Impact Tests
Very compact and low, it features an high dynamic response for each of its 3 axis. Therefore, this Platform allows to read impulsive impacts.
